At Centrapeutic Counseling, I offer a wide range of therapeutic services tailored to meet you and your family’s unique counseling needs. My approach is eclectic and collaborative, ensuring that the techniques used align with your comfort and goals. These may include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Psychoanalysis, as well as specialized trauma treatments like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Sand Tray Therapy.

You are in control of the process, choosing the areas you feel most comfortable focusing on as we work toward healing and personal growth.

I offer in-office sessions, as well as online counseling through Skype when appropriate, using a HIPAA- and HITECH-compliant video service to ensure privacy and confidentiality. No software installation is required.

Trauma specific therapy is focused to build emotional scaffolding around the large and small traumatic life events. Through a safe and supportive environment I focus on healing past traumas and helping individuals regain control over their lives.

Ecotherapy

I offer Shirin Yoko (Forest Bathing) Therapy with individuals, couples and groups.

It is so healthy and healing for anxiety, lowering blood pressure and reducing stress. Trees emit Endorphins that help you to feel better.

I have been Forest Bathing in England, Scotland, Connecticut and Texas. It has been refreshing to unplug from electronics and to consciously mindfully immerse yourself into a natural environment where you can connect to everything around you in nature.

Walk and Talk Therapy

I offer Walk and Talk Therapy, a dynamic approach that combines the benefits of movement, fresh air, and therapeutic conversation. This method can help reduce stress, improve clarity, and enhance overall well-being while engaging in a natural, calming environment.
